Don't blame them 

A teenager was injured in an attack by a leopard in Bhiwandi town of Thane district, police said on Tuesday.Akshay Rose, a 14-year-old shepherd, was attacked by a leopard at Umarkhand in Bhiwandi near the Tansa Wildlife Sanctuary on Monday when he had gone to the forest with his herd, Shahapur police said.


A 35-year-old woman was mauled by a leopard in the Tansa sanctuary of the district, police said Friday. The woman, Durga, succumbed to her wounds on way to civil hospital. At around 3 PM yesterday, when Durga, along with her son and husband, was resting in a hut in Tansa sanctuary, the big cat entered the premises and dragged her out.

The head of a six-year-old girl, who was attacked by a leopard, was found in the Shastri Nagar area in Mulund (West) on Monday morning, sparking fear among residents. According to the police, the girl was dragged away and mauled by a leopard on Sunday when she had gone to relieve herself near the boundary wall of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park.

  These are some cases of leopard attack in Thane district. People are very horrified of all this thing but the point came is here that why the leopard are constantly attacking human. The reason is that people are making their house in forest and destroying home of animals so where they will go? the Ghodbander area of thane has lots of amenities and developed buildings but all these thing goes into vain because every other day some case are happening of leopard attack. human are always blame as to destroying animals home and the same case with Thane also.
Builders attract buyers by providing various facilities and people purchase it. But government should stop giving permission. If the construction in jungle is not stop then this type of cases will be constantly happen.      

FDI in India....

        

"Weightage of Walmart "  

         When I was in 12^th standard then FDI concept is skipped by our sir who told us that it is not a concept of India but after 2 years in came in limelight and become the main issue in parliament, Media and economist. FDI can be defined as a cross border investment, where foreign assets are invested into the organizations of the domestic market excluding the investment in stock. The full form is Foreign Direct Investment. It brings private funds from overseas into products or services. The domestic company in which foreign currency is invested is usually being controlled by the investing foreign company. E.g. An American Company taking major stake in a company in India.

         

         Retailing is one of the world’s largest private industries. Liberalizations in FDI have caused a massive restructuring in retail industry. The benefit of FDI in retail industry superimposes its cost factors. Opening the retail industry to FDI will bring forth benefits in terms of advance employment, organized retail stores, availability of quality products at a better and cheaper price. It enables a countries product or service to enter into the global market.

     

       Walmart is the one of the part of FDI. It is the largest retailer of world. Per hour income of Walmart CEO is more than the Employee’s annual Income. If Walmart can become a country then it is the one of the largest population country in world. The employee of Walmart is can create a force as they are more than the American force. It provides lots of employment in world. Walmart will come to India or not is the different thing but Walmart itself is the world's largest retailer.

Statement of Dr. Satyapal 

        Mumbai's new commissioner Dr. Satyapal  Singh is criticized by the Media on his statement giving in one seminar organised in Indian merchant chamber. The statement was that educated people commit more suicide compare to educated people. The issue is become worst because he pointed to English medium and educated people. He gave the example that when i was commissioner in Pune then i found that in 213 suicide cases 200 person is well educated. People are not accepting this statement but in my opinion suicide is a crime and whatever person is doing this crime is not only bifurcated as educated and uneducated but the mental psychology and situation should be studied by the police. Public is really upset by on this statement.

       They are saying that the farmers who did suicide were not educated. But suicide is done by those people who are lost their life mentally. Dr. Satyapal Singh creates a very good image among the Mumbaikars. He organised Janta darbar for common people to keep their problems in front of Police. He also gave order to every DCP rank Officer has to go and listen problems of public. Luckily during internship I got opportunity to attend one Janta Darbar held in Marine Lines Police Station where Himansu Roy listened the problems of public. It was really a very good effort by Dr. Singh because people gain more faith in Police.

When one senior officer is saying things like this is really become controversial. In reality when people is lost their life then education cannot help anymore. So it is not a matter of education but a matter of society and victim's mentality. This entire thing should be taken into consideration while studying such kind of things it can be a co- incidence that educated people did more suicide but in reality education cannot do anything in suicide.
      

Relative of Dawood...

         "Miyadad Majara"

              There is a news that Javed Miyadad is coming to India to see the match of India and Pakistan. Many people may oppose it as he is the relative of Dawood Ibrahim, one of the most wanted criminal in 1993 blast. Javed Miyadad's son got married with Dawood's daughter in 2005. Due to all this everyone is opposing of Miyadad's visiting in India. Some are saying that visiting him in India is not less than visiting Dawood in country.

           Many political parties is also opposing his visiting in India. Here the point came that Bala saheb thackrey has very good bonding with Miyadad. He also met Balasaheb in "Matoshree". But now when shivsena supreno is no more then Why Shivsena is also opposing his visting in India. Spoke person of shivsena Sanjay Raut said to media that "Giving visa to him is not less than giving visa to Dawood" I think some political reason is forcing them to do so. The other point is that Is really his visiting affects people of India. So here yes it can .... they seeing Miyadad as relative of Dawood. If he came to India then sentiments of all the people will really get hurt. He is a cricketer is different thing but relative of Dawood means he himself is presenting Dawood to India. When his Son married to Dawood's daughter in 2005 at that time India didn't provide him visa. Pakistani media said that he is coming in group visa and sending by the Pakistan Cricket board.  

            India is searching Dawood from 1993 but nothing happened in this situation if Miyadad came to India then the reaction of public is acceptable.

               

Cases of Knife attacking...

Acid, Knife, Attack 

            In last one month I read two cases where boy or husband tried to kill their girlfriend and wife attacking with knife. One case was happened in Dadar where husband wants to kill his wife but mistakenly he injured to other girl and the other case where a college boy attack on his girlfriend and after he killed himself. The case happening in such a level that it is become a threat to society if a girl will refuse someone then he can attack you with knife and Acid. All these things have become the tool for men's to take revenge from girl who refuses their order.

          Throwing Acid is one of the "National" tools of men to spoil any girl's life. India has some of the big cases regarding to this entire thing. One case of girl is where boys from her village thrown acid on her face because she raise the voice against the boys. Other case happened in Thane where one boy literally attacked to his girlfriend publicly because she refused to marry him. All of these cases are the evidence that men's can never want to defeat from a girl and refused by them.

          Who is responsible for all this? The answer is the upbringing of boys and the Indian patriarchal system. They doesn't want to refused by anyone specially a Girl who are treat as weaker part of society mentally as well physically. Some will say that media and movies are responsible for this where if a girl refuse a proposal of boy they will kidnapped and raped her. Yeah! Its true Media is portraying women weaker but when we talked about Hollywood movies then we get to know that their women are portrayed as bold and strong. Even the movies are present Heroine as Hero of the movie. Movies like Resident Evil, Salt and Cat women are the movie where heroine is the hero. Indian cinema is also taking its steps to such kind of movies like movie "Heroine", "Kahani". One thing I really liked in movie "Ek the tiger" that there Katrina has given the equality with salman in the action scenes.

       Here I gave example of movie which represent the two context of media from different country as per the women are concern. The whole idea of telling this is India has to change its patriarchal system.       

Words of Winter.........

"Breeze of  Mumbai winter"

          India is country of great climate and the unique mixture of Summer,Winter and Monsoon. Winter one of the coolest weather which has lots of alternatives like "कड़ाके  की सर्दी " which means weird winter,  "गुलाबी सर्दी" means soft cool climate which everyone likes and "ठिठुराने वाली सर्दी " means cold which can shiver your bones. There are other lots of synonyms of winter. This year Mumbai is experiencing a "गुलाबी सर्दी". Normally Mumbai never suffers from cold but this year all the north state Up, Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana is suffering from "ठिठुराने वाली सर्दी ". Mumbaikars never has experience to bare this kind of cold. Last year when I visited to Punjab and Himachal Pradesh in winter it was really a bad experience for me. Report says that cold waves are coming from north is the reason of Mumbai's cool weather.

          It's hard to one Mumbaikar to bare cold like this. In Morning you can see the lovely fog which makes a great picture of winter in Mumbai. Every paper is carrying News of Mumbai's cool weather and ups and down of climatic condition. All the changes happening in climate brings lots of diseases. Expert says that following someday climate will become more cooler and Mumbaikar should have to take care. But Mumbaikar is getting chance to wear sweater and shawl. The coldest day of Mumbai came on January 22, 1962. When mercury dipped to 7.4 Celsius.On February 8, 2008 the temperature was 8.5 Celsius. The third coldest day came on February 2012 with 8.8 Celsius. This year minimum temperature is recorded as 22.8 and maximum 29.2. Weather forecaster has said that Mumbaikars can enjoy lovely winter morning ahead.

Mumbai's Local trouble.......

Life line takes life

            Mumbai city, provides bread and butter to lots of people. It is known as a city which never sleeps. Mumbai is the capital of commercial and entertainment field in India. This state provides 5% of total GDP in India. Every year many visitors come to Mumbai to see the beauty of queen necklace and historical places. Every visitor wants to travel in local trains. It is said about Mumbai that people don't have time to even talk and life is so busy here. Every aspect of Mumbai is wonderful to see, to experience. But the story is incomplete without the Heart of Mumbai i.e "Local trains". Locals are the main target of terrorist. They attacked many times to public by planning in locals. But nothing can change the Mumbai's Lifeline.

            Mumbai is run by the local trains. City has 2342 trains carrying millions of passenger every day. Local has 12 coach and 15 coach. If one day trains are late the whole system is getting to collapse. Last past 6 days every person travelling in locals are suffering of late trains. On December 28 when one of my friend is coming from his job at night he was got stuck in Bhandup after then he walked to Thane and then somehow he'll reach home at 3 in morning. Last past 6 days every railway commuter is suffering from this problem. All these things are happening due to the mega block which includes to remodeling of Thane yard, commissioning of new route relay interlocking (RRI), the test charging of Kalyan- Thane-LTT line, along with alternate current traction work on the Mulund-Kalwa. 

         Every common people has Locals to go to work and when it disturb the whole city is disturbed. On the regular days trains are filled like animals. So what will the situation of past 6 days? There is no need to explain it. Obviously locals are the lifeline of Mumbai but it also takes life of travelers. In these 6 days three people are dead because of overcrowded train. It is not the only case every time some technical problems occurred and trains become late. There is no end.  

         People are really suffered by all this things. People came to station early in hope of to reach office on time. But when trains are late with 1 to 2 hours then situation is become worst. There is no option for people and they have to suffer it until the block will end. Every commuter of locals is really praying to overcome it.
