Prayer to God...

What is harassment....??  a way to treat women or a way to degrade confidence of women. I don't know how to describe harassment. Because every other day harassment comes with different idea.. different faces and then suddenly become sexual harassment.

I don' t thing their must be only one type of harassment because every other thing which attacks your mind, soul & body is Harassment. Every women in this world suffers from harassment. Either mentally or physically. I don't know how to stop them how to change their mind... especially mindset..!!  but its a nightmare for all the women on earth with Hippocratic face of harassment and men.

workplace harassment .. eve teasing.. rape all that things are a way to degrade women.. i will definitely blame mindset of men in our society and the pattern of patriarchal system. Due to this the things are now becoming worse in spite of  women empowerment.

Another thing is that in our society women are just considered a flesh of their ringmaster i.e. Husband.. I don't know why this is not yet changed in the era of 21st century. the Delhi rape case, tandoor kand, Madhumita case, Fiza case are just a warning for all of us.

We always make debate of women reservation, women empowerment, women security but all the things are just in vain... There is no need to make such a stupid kind of debate. only the thing we must have to do is change the thinking pattern of our people ..Men . At the time when this will happen then all the women will automatically feel secure.. empowered.

But it is possible .. or not..?? No guarantee because what I am watching in the era of 21st century.. is horrible.. then how can I say my next generation will not face the same thing... God knows.. Until miracle will happen these things will never changed ... not at least in my life.. I am sure about this but I will pray for my coming generation that miracle should happen.. As soon as possible..

Untold story of umbrella....

Umbrella

Rainy season is the prosperous time for the human, animals and entire world. Another name of monsoon is Umbrella…everyone starts to purchase umbrella after one rain, Market is full of umbrellas. You can find various kind of umbrella in the market for kids, women, and men. Umbrella is helpful in rain and sun rays to protect beautiful girl’s soft skin.
In India, Earlier net umbrella was used by foreign madams who used this to show that I cannot bear the cruel sunshine of India… oh! Shit. Today situation is somehow like these girls hold umbrella to protect themselves from the rain and sunshine and in order to fulfill the requirement of the fashionable modern girls. Various companies are launching different umbrella in various fashion some are musical umbrella with two horns…. A horny umbrella who warn the people do not touch my horny Umbrella. Another use of umbrella is hiding your face from the person whom you don’t want to show... I means with shopkeepers whom you have pay previous bill… Hahahahaha! Yes it will really work try it.  Use of umbrella will never end… another day invents something new in this. The time is not so far when you can get an invisible umbrella. No need to carry it … additional weight in your bag…. Someone must invest this to fulfill my requirement…. LOL…..

buffet system........

Bull buff buffet

Buffet system is a very popular in recent time for wedding, birthday parties. Buffet is a system where guests serve meal for themselves. No need to take a tension of serving….. It is system where invitees can spend less money on food serving staff. In India it is a new system of food serving especially in wedding. People are still confused with the buffet system.
One main drawback of this bull buff buffet system is stand, eat your food and just get out here…hssssssh….  You have to take queue for taking your meal and when you served your FINAL food … you feel like…. Yes! I am the winner I won this battle thank god…… hahahahaha it’s realty of buffet. When my aunt marriage was fixed in village we thought to keep buffet system to get rid of serving food………. But luckily we heard news where the family of bride has kept buffet system and old (experienced) people refused to eat food as they thought it’s a very shameful way to fed up your guests… after hearing this we kept aside our Idea of buffet. We are lucky who get the instant guidance on buffet but a large audience in India will never digest the buffet system. My Grandma says it’s a shameful way to treat your guest. One of the benefit of buffet is you can easily get into the wedding for eating where you was not invited it works yar! Like a 3 idiot movie scene. So don’t blame buffet it will help you when you are alone and lonely in home and can’t control your hunger.

Media is becoming slave....

What makes to one boldest journalist to leave its country?

When the Sunday Leader’s editor Lasantha Wickramatunga was gunned down in 2009, he saw it coming. We know that because he wrote an editorial on his own death, published posthumously in his paper, in which he blamed his killing on the government of Mahinda Rajapaksa, Sri Lanka's president. Frederica Jansz was the editor of Sunday leader. She was sacked from her job for reporting a number of reports exposing Seneviratne's property developments and investment deals. After threaten she has to leave own country with his two sons. Aljajeera has interviewed her where she exposed the condition of Srilankan media. Frederica Jansz was threatened by the defense secretary of Srilanka where she published the transcript version of her talk.

Where He said to her “sue [her] fucking newspaper” if she wrote “any bloody word about this”.  He also barked that he was “not afraid of the bloody courts”.
In a second telephone conversation, Mr Rajapaksa elaborated. He called Mrs Jansz “a fucking shit, a pig who eats shit”. “Shit, shit, shit journalists!” he ranted.
“Ninety percent of the people in this country hate you! They hate you! You come for a function where I am and I will tell people this is the editor of The Sunday Leader and 90% there will show that they hate you.” “People will kill you!  People hate you! They will kill you!” he shouted next. As it happens, Ms Jansz took over the newspaper after its founding editor, when she questioned that she will be killed like Lasantha Wickramatunga .the defense secretary seemed to prevaricate. “What? No. Not mine. But they will kill you, you dirty fucking shit journalist.”

It is the recent example of detaining of media.  Media of every country is suffering from interference of politicians. China is protesting to free the media. India is also under the control of political parties and capitalistic. They are saying things which are said by these kinds of people. If someone has dared to expose the scam then journalist have to either lose its job or life. It is very cruel situation where media is forcibly stopped by the powerful people. Media is known as watchdog on democracy and system of general public but when it is under the attack then raising voice against something  will be completely stop and then people have to live once again under the dictatorship. Media have to think globally on this issues and protection of journalist.

Pollution in China......

Air pollution in China

China is suffering from high level pollution due to the industrial development. Pollution in China has reached dangerously high levels in recent days. Dozens of cities are affected by thick smog and haze, 40 times the limit deemed safe by the World Health Organization (WHO). Pollution has been identified as one of the biggest challenges facing China's leaders, with Hu Jintao, the outgoing president, saying the country needed to "reverse the trend of ecological deterioration and build a beautiful China".

According to the WHO, there have been 500,000 pollution related deaths since 2008; respiratory-related cancer is the leading cause. Coal is the main polluter, contributing to 80 percent of China's carbon dioxide emissions. The large number of industrial areas is causing acid rain - which affects 30 percent of the country. And, according to a study released last year, pollution cost China's economy $112bn in 2005, because of lost labor and medical care. People are more died because of pollution compare to cancer death.
Only one percent of people in cities breathe air considered safe by European Union standards.

The entire above thing is really dangerous for any country.  It is time to think globally on environment issues. We entered in modern and technological era.  But this kind of development has just affected the entire human beings. The happening in china is not a sole issue of consequences of industrial development. Every country has to pay something to nature for using it. India is also suffering from this situation. People are growing in numbers and for their basic need they start to cut down trees. Every city may be it big or small you can find one factory with hazardous chemical. from air to soil everything is polluted now and the people of this earth have to think about environment and its protection. other wise every one has to use oxygen mask for breathing.

Pak Talk..........

Pakistani Anna Hazare….

Around 50,000 supporters of cleric Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri entered Islamabad peacefully on Monday and camped out on the main avenue of the city. Despite the security measures implemented by the Pakistani government, the protesters delivered heated speeches in favour of Qadri and expressed their hopes for change.
Dr. Muhammad Tahir ul-Qadri is a religious guru of Pakistan. He lived 7 years in Canada and just returned last month in Pakistan. He is doing a campaign to change in Democracy of Pakistan without corruption.  He said in his speech held in Islamabad that “we want a pure democracy without any corruption. There are lots of supporters who are demands to expose the reality of corrupt politicians.
He also demanded to arrest PM Raja Parvej Ashraf as soon as possible and to grab all the rights of PM. But After some time number of supporter is reduced. Qadari said that it is the one of the largest supporter that he got. Before this he also protests terror attack in 2010. People are supporting Qadri because of anti terror and corruption ideology. Experts are saying that Military force is doing all this things. If one party who doesn’t have military power goes to another party who also don’t have military power then it will create a history in Pakistan. In Pakistan normal election is organized in March. At this time Navaj Sharif has the power to control on army. For this Military is wanted to make a political earthquake. The latest news said that Pak government approved his condition.
The interesting part of this that Qadri is referring as Pakistani Anna Hazare…. In India the story of Anna hazare is died. So it become interesting to watch what happens with Pakistani Anna Hazare.

Aaron swartz no more....

Internet freedom fighter Aaron swartz found dead

Internet freedom fighter Aaron swartz has found dead in his Brooklyn apartment. This news has published on the front page. He was just a 26 years old.

Aaron Swartz began computer programming at the age of 12. By the time he was 14 he had co-authored the RSS internet syndication standard which allows internet users to aggregate content that interests them. In 2011, Swartz was charged with computer fraud after being accused of illegally downloading some four million articles from the academic website JSTOR, using the network of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He helped organize the successful campaign against the Stop Online Privacy Act (SOPA) which sought to monitor the internet for copyright violations and shut down websites. Prosecutors alleged he aimed to make the articles freely available using peer-to-peer websites. Had he been found guilty he could have faced 35 years in jail and paid up to $1m in fines.
Speaking at a SOPA campaign, Swartz had said: "There's a battle going on right now, a battle to define everything that happens on the internet in terms of traditional things that the law understands. Is sharing a video on Bit Torrent like shoplifting from a movie store? Or is it like loaning a videotape to a friend? Is reloading a webpage over and over again like a peaceful virtual sit-in or a violent smashing of shop windows? Is the freedom to connect like freedom of speech or like the freedom to murder? This bill would be a huge, potentially permanent, loss. If we lost the ability to communicate with each other over the internet, it would be a change to the Bill of Rights. The freedoms guaranteed in our constitution, the freedoms our country had been built on, would be suddenly deleted. New technology, instead of bringing us greater freedom, would have snuffed out fundamental rights we'd always taken for granted.
"… And it will happen again. Sure, it will have yet another name, and maybe a different excuse, and probably do its damage in a different way. But make no mistake – the enemies of the freedom to connect have not disappeared. The fire in those politicians' eyes hasn't been put out. There are a lot of people, a lot of powerful people, who want to clamp down on the internet. And to be honest, there aren't a whole lot who have a vested interest in protecting it from all of that. Even some of the biggest companies, some of the biggest internet companies to put it frankly, would benefit from a world in which their little competitors could get censored."

The same ideology is the Julius Asanj from the wikileaks who hacks the phone, mail of politician. He exposed lots of scam. Rupert Murdoch has also the same ideology to hack phone of celebrity and politicians. They are also battling in court.

Google in china..!!!!

Google return back in china

Google is returning in china once again. Google decide to approve the conditions of china. Google decide to take this step after fall the 9% share in Chinese Market. Government data has showed that Google lost its share with 10% while regional competitor Baidu has increased its share to 61%. Last year Google refused its service after interference china government. In 2011 Google said that china is hacking the accounts of Gmail but china refused it. All this things affect service of Google in china.

“AS THE world becomes increasingly connected, their decision to be virtually isolated is very much going to affect their physical world.” So declared Eric Schmidt, Google’s executive chairman, to a throng of reporters in Beijing. Given that his firm more or less abandoned China’s heavily censored internet search market a few years ago in order not to be “evil”, these sound like fighting words. Mr. Schmidt went on: “The government has to do something—they have to make it possible for people to use the internet.”

In May last year Google cheered its users with a clever if ultimately futile act of defiance. It began informing users that particular search words and phrases did not produce results because, in its opinion, officials were exercising censorship. Google was blocked for 24 hours in November and the censorship of Gmail increased. Then, sometime in December, the firm appears to have stopped providing warnings. Great Fire.org, an activist group that monitors internet censorship in China, is so incensed by Google’s retrenchment that it fumes: “Google as an anti-censorship fighter may be unworthy of the name.”

China doesn’t want American interference in china. Because of this Chinese government refused Google in china. America is dominating the world media with agency and internet  service.

press freedom

China demands press freedom

China is demanding Freedom of press from several years. In china Media is completely in the hands of Government. Due to this media is just working as a puppet in the hands of politicians. So the reporters and editors from southern weekend newspaper protest the interference of politician in media. The gatherings outside Southern Weekend’s office have been relatively small: a few hundred people on Monday, January 7th, and at most about a hundred on Tuesday. But the rhetoric of the speakers who took turns to address the crowd appears to have grown bolder. Several called for freedom of the press and freedom of speech—as well as free elections—to shouts of approval from those who had gathered around on the pavement in front of the building. Remarkably, around 20 police deployed at the scene made no effort to stop the speakers or remove slogans expressing similar sentiments, held aloft by a few of the participants.

Communist party of china has said that it is a plan of foreign country to remove the control over media. Central committee of CPC has issued one memo containing that media will not be free for by the party. They are not even wanted to change the rules of media control. Media is known as the watchdog on democracy but if the political party controls the media then people can’t even raise the voice against government whether they are right or wrong.
In India scenario is not same like china but the condition is somehow like this only media is not completely in hands of government. Most of the newspaper and channel has share of politician and cooperates. For example Saamana is a mouthpiece of Shivsena, Sakal of Pawar family, Hindustan times is birla groups paper. So when capitalistic own the papers then media manipulation is easy. Media is become a business instead of one responsibility of society.

Railways hike in fare prices.

"Indian railway hiked it price..."

The railway minister Mr. Pawan Kumar Bansal has announced hike in price of railway fare. Last March when Trinamool Cogress Railway minister Dinesh trivedi hiked the price, at that time the head of TMC Mamata Benrjee denied his decision. Here the point of increment of railway fare is that it can help to modernize the railway tracks and coach.
Passengers are already wanted to pay more for better service. So, it is healthy to increase fare price for better service. Other point is that private sectors are also wants to invest in Railway. Railway is the only whole public sector organized by government. So, in this case if the private sectors invest in Railway, the price will hike with the better service. But on the other hand if Railway is also dominated by private sector the subsidies in fare price and the cheap fare for travelling will really affect. India is a developing country but here lots of thing is remain to change. The quality of railway routes, time schedule is still poor and you can't get trains on time.
If we want to see India as developed country the transportation should be developed. As, In today Railway are the only cheap medium of transport compare to other medium, so it is really interesting to watch that what pros and cons is brought by private sector and the hike in fare price.

Makar sankranti

Importance of 'snan' on Makar Sankranti

Makar Sankranti is known as the major festival in terms of religious and spiritual form. As the sun enters the Uttarayan (Tropic of Cancer), this day, the night for Gods is ended and day time is started. The doors of heaven which remain closed for 6 months because of the sun being in Dakhshinayan, are opened on the day of Makar Sankranti. The action of virtue performed today give good result. On the day of Makar Sankranti taking bath and giving donation is considered significant.

The meaning of bath is purity and Satvikta(anything that is pure, positive and beneficial). Hence, there is a tradition of talking bath before any auspicious work as per our religious scriptures. Since, this day many religious works are performed, so, the importance of bathing increases. The entry of sun in Capricorn sign increases the entity and property of sun which enters in our body through the sun rays. This supernatural rays increases strength of our body and provide good health. Hence, to gain these rays, to purify our body and soul, there is a custom to take bath in the early morning.

Ganga is considered as the river of heaven. This river came to earth by the religious prayer of Bhagirath and river had conjunction with ocean for the reclamation of ocean. The day Ganga dissolved in ocean was the day of Makar Sankranti. Hence, the virtue of bathing in Ganga today is much more than any other day. In Kolkata, lakhs of devotees come to take bath in Ganga sagar. In Allahabad as well, great masses come for bathing and doing charity on the banks of Sangam. One month of Kalpvas (kumbh mela) is also started in Allahabad from the day of Makar Sankranti, which is been followed since the era of Ramayana.
It is believed, at the time of Amrit manthan(churning of Holy water) between God and demon, a few drops of this Holy water fell at the coast of Sangam in Allahabad, banks of Ganga in Haridwar, coast of Godawari in Nasik, coast of Shipra of Ujjan. Because of which these rivers are called scared. At these places people take bath on the day of Makar Sankranti and earn virtue.

Iran is creating software to control Social media

Software to control Social media

According to local media, Iran's latest effort to control internet access would reportedly give citizens "restricted and controlled" access to prohibited social networking sites, the AFP reports. Iran has had an uneasy relationship with the web, especially as political tension between it and the United States government has widened; the country's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei issued a fatwa outlawing anti-filtering tools that help citizens access blocked material on the internet in May, and the country has reportedly been working on a government-run network that would operate "largely isolated" from the rest of the internet, fearing Western attacks. But some citizens have ignored the bans, bypassing Iranian filters and controls using virtual private networks.
"THE DESIGNING OF INTELLIGENT SOFTWARE TO CONTROL SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITES IS UNDERWAY."
In an apparent recognition of its inability to completely block the outside world, the country is reportedly now taking additional measures with "intelligent software" to control access to social networks
Iran country has lots of restriction on the social issue. They are very choosy to use such kind of technical thing which can help people to raise and spread their voice in world. They are making software which can regulate social networking sites.
It's not clear when the software will be finished, or exactly how it will function, but it could be an automated filtering system that removes or blocks blasphemous or other controversial content. Earlier this month, the country launched its own version of YouTube dubbed Mehr, which allows users to upload and view content they create, and watch videos from Iranian national broadcaster IRIB.
If they will create such kind of software that every country wants to use it. With the help of this they can regulate the idea and voice of general public. Case happened in Palghar where two girls are arrested because of the comment on Facebook on Balasaheb thakarey. Even Kapil Sibbal has reported the cartoons of Sonia and Manmohan. So in this case the software will really affects the voice of common people.

Activists, not pin-ups

Pussy, Honey Riot...........

Pussy Riot is a Russian feminist punk- rock collective based in Moscow. Founded in August 2011, it has a variable membership of approximately 11 women with the colorful mask aged between 20 to 33 years. The colorful balaclavas they wore to perform their "punk prayer," the quote statements in court, and the sentencing of three of them. This is the English translation of the “punk prayer”.
Virgin birth-giver of God, drive away Putin!
Drive away Putin, drive away Putin!

Black frock, golden epaulettes
Parishioners crawl bowing [toward the priest, during the Eucharist]
Freedom's ghost [has gone to] heaven
A gay-pride parade [has been] sent to Siberia in shackles

Their chief saint is the head of the KGB
He leads a convoy of protestors to jail
So as not to insult the Holiest One
Woman should bear children and love
Shit, shit, the Lord's shit!
Shit, shit, the Lord's shit!

The punk prayer's lyrics have done much to highlight, even exacerbate, deep-rooted divisions in Russian society over faith, the exercise of personal freedoms, and the concept of justice. Acts of desecration of church property began multiplying shortly after the band members' sentencing, with the result that the State Duma, with the Church's support, is pushing for legislation that would criminalize blasphemy.

The same case is happened in India. Punjabi rapper and youth icon Yo Yo honey Singh has presented a song, which depict violence against women. This song is released after the Delhi Gang rape case, where one side people is are fighting for justice of that girl. The lyrics is so bold to even present in this blog. He described the women only as a sex toy. Because of this some social activists file a case against honey Singh. Even they canceled his concert on the New Year eve. After this honey Singh denied from the lyrics responsibility.

In both the cases Rapper are arrested to diminish the respect of church and women. But it not a first time rappers are arrested due to controversy.

Syria's 'truly shocking' death toll passes 60,000

Syria's 'truly shocking' death toll passes 60,000

More than 60,000 people – civilians, Syrian troops and rebels – have been killed in the country's bitter civil war the United Nations announced, a toll it described as "truly shocking".

The new calculation, the result of a five-month UN project to cross-reference names of the dead, suggests that previous analysis of the carnage caused by almost two years of protests, repression, and fighting issued by opposition groups were too conservative.
Even the new figure is likely to be an underestimate, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights suggested, as it ignores incidents with incomplete accounts of victims and cannot include those who have been "disposed of" secretly, without their families being informed.
It means the syrian war is now twice as bloody as that which put an end to the regime of Col Muammar Gaddafi in Libya last year, despite – or as many critics will now start to say because of – the latter's involvement of concentrated Nato air power.
The UN high commissioner, Navi Pillay, said: "The failure of the international community, in particular the Security Council, to take concrete actions to stop the bloodletting shames us all. Collectively, we have fiddled at the edges while Syria burns."
The bald figures of the death totals, initially put out by overseas-based activist groups like the Syrian Organisation for Human Rights and the Syrian Network for Human Rights, show the speed with which the uprising escalated into all-out war in 2012.
From the beginning of the uprising – usually dated to the first repression of protests in the southern city of Deraa on March 15, 2011 – it took nine months, until December of that year, for the number of dead to reach 5,000.
The next 5,000 were killed in the subsequent five months, including hundreds in February in the shelling of rebel districts of Homs, the first major siege. From then on, roughly 5,000 people have died every month.
Ms Pillay said the new study had cross-referenced names put out by seven sources, including the Syrian government and activist groups, and eliminated overlaps to come up with a list of 59,648 dead by November 30.
"Given there has been no let-up in the conflict since the end of November, we can assume that more than 60,000 people have been killed by the beginning of 2013," she said. "The number of casualties is much higher than we expected, and is truly shocking."
Libyan government estimates reckon that around 30,000 people, including Gaddafi regime troops, rebels and civilians, died in the 2011 war there.
With forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad, who is always said to have had one of the best-equipped armies in the Arab world, continuing to use all their firepower against a slowly advancing opposition, there is little sign that the death toll will tail off significantly in the coming months.
The fear is that even if President Assad steps down, Syria could descend into the sort of sectarian war that disfigured Lebanon in the 1970s and 80s, which led to an estimated 150,000 deaths. By comparison, the Iraq Body Count, a group that lists victims of conflict since the coalition invasion to topple Saddam Hussein in 2003, on Tuesday said it had recorded between 110,937 and 121,227 civilian deaths in almost ten years up to the end of 2012, to which can be added an estimated 45-50,000 combatant deaths.
The bloodshed in Syria continued yesterday, most notably when a government air strike on rebels in the eastern Ghouta district of Damascus province hit a petrol station, killing at least 12 people including opposition fighters and possibly up to 50, according to a number of activist groups.
Fighting also continued around Aleppo airport, while rebels launched a third major attack on the key regime airbase at Taftanaz, between Aleppo and Idlib, which is all but surrounded and yet has fought off a number of such assaults in recent months.

Railway fare hiked

Railway fare hiked

From January 22, rail travel will cost more after an across-the-board hike in fares was announced on Wednesday — first such increase in 10 years.
A one-way sleeper class ticket between New Delhi and Mumbai Central, which currently costs Rs388, will be priced at Rs465 while an AC three-tier ticket between New Delhi and Patna will go up by Rs106 to Rs1, 005.
The railways is struggling to stay afloat and is also in a desperate need for funds for projects such as dedicated freight corridors and the Mumbai elevated rail corridor plan. Losses in the passenger section were expected to touch Rs25, 000 crore in 2012-13, Bansal said.

“No revision in basic fare for the last 10 years... has not only impacted critical aspects related to passenger safety and amenity but has also affected essential replacement, operation and maintenance activities,” he said. The lowest hike is of 2 paise a km for second-class suburban rail and the highest is 10 paise a km for AC first class. For sleeper class, the hike is 6 paise a km. Overall, there has been a substantial hike in the first class and AC fares – the second such increase in nine months.
In April last year, these fares were increased by the then railway minister Dinesh Trivedi. The last time passenger fares were increased was in way back in 2002 during Nitish Kumar’s tenure as union railway minister. The hike has been timed to mop up Rs1,000 crore during the ongoing Kumbh mela. The railways recently imposed a Kumbh surcharge – ranging from Rs2 per ticket to Rs5 per ticket.

The hike in railway fare will affect common people. Railways are not a profit oriented sector they are the service sector. At that time when bus, Auto, Taxi fare has increased the price increase in railway is bad for the common people. Railway is not providing facilities in spite of increased price. It is a drawback of Indian railway. The Rail budget is going to announce in next two month so it is a interest that what public get from rail budget.

League and bounds in sport is healthy or not

"League and bounds in sport is healthy or not"

The Indian Premier League (also known as the "DLF Indian Premier League"), is a Twenty20 cricket competition created by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). It is a brain child of Lalit modi. The first season of the Indian Premier League commenced on 18 April 2008, and ended on 1 June 2008 with the victory of the Rajasthan Royals in the final. Here cricketer from different country groups together and formed team. Every team is purchased by celebrities. In short IPL is nothing but a different way of entertaining people and earning money for owner as well as players. It is very successful formula to grab attention of viewer.

Now, you can watch Premier Hockey League (PHL), Hockey India League (HIL), and Indian wrestling League (IWL).
picture for representational purpose only
These are the some IPL format league which will come soon. Here are the some glimpses about Hockey India league.
After the IPL, this will certainly be the most popular league in the country, if early indications are anything to go by. The league, modeled on the lines of the IPL, kicks off on Jan 14.
Five teams — UP Wizards Ranchi Rhinos, Punjab Warriors, and Mumbai Magicians & Delhi Wave Riders— will take part in the month-long league. Each franchise has been bought for R13cr, out of which R3.5cr is the cap for forming a 24-member team, including 10 foreign players, through auction.
India captain, Sardar Singh, has been bought for Rs.38.5. crore through a ‘silent bid’. He thus becomes the highest-contracted player among Indians. The minimum base price for domestic player was $2800. For foreign players it was $5000.This is the first franchise based hockey league having the sanction of the world body, FIH.
The HIL has got a special window in the international calendar, while leagues in Europe don’t have this luxury. A window means no international tournament will be held during the period of the tournament.

Here are the things that it will affect the current essence of sport. When IPL was organized on first time it was craze among audience to see match of 20 over’s, cheer leaders, Bollywood celebrity but after some year people become bored seeing such kind of thing. Today IPL is seeing as unprofessional cricket with lots of controversy. Hockey is the national game of India. In this if hockey will become the sport like IPL format then the essence of the sport really affect. But on the other side it will help to create an interest among audience. Hockey is not so much famous like cricket and the players are also not getting recognition like cricket. So in this case the HIL can become the great hit among sport lover. But in short such kinds of manipulation in game reduce the professionalism. The pride of winning medals for country will flood in vain.

Coal sector ....

Coal should be denationalized...?

To boost the Indian economy Deputy chairperson of planning committee Montek Singh Ahluwalia have argued to Denationalize Coal sector of India as the country's growth has dipped below 6%. Since 1973 the government has only allowed minor participation in coal sector. Over 95% of coal mines are still with coal India or its subsidiaries. "Coal India's monopolistic  position has not helped" Ahluwalia said on Thursday.

The plan panel has said that 23,000 MW of power capacity added in the 11th Five-Year Plan cannot be utilized due to the absence of coal linkages. There is a 122 million-tonne gap between the demand and supply factors of Coal India.I strongly support the move to denationalize coal mining in India because the move will usher in competition (even from the global front), bringing about utilization of state-of-the-art mining technology,” said Arvind Mahajan, partner and head of energy-infrastructure at advisory firm KPMG India.

Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization (LPG) have become dominant forces shaping societies and economies the world over. These three processes are interrelated. Globalized economies are likely to be more privatized and liberalized economies. Rapid growth and poverty reduction in China, India, and other countries that were poor 20 years ago, has been a positive aspect of Liberalization Privatization and Globalization (LPG).

Since 1991 LPG (liberalization, privatization, Globalization) has came into existence approximately every company is privately own and managed. only railway, postal service and coal sector is remaining in hands of government. It's a truth that privatization has really helped to increase the quality in service. Before this even umbrella cloth is under the control of government. Railway is the only sector which is owned by public sector. The fare what we paid for rail travel is still less compare to other way of transport. Same with postal service you have to less for posting compare to other medium. Privatization has really helped India to increase the standard of living but here you can get good service with quality. The best example is Telecom company today we have lots of telecom service provider in spite of the monopoly of MTNL. Privatization also helps to cut down the monopoly in market. The current issue is price increase in LPG. In this case if they are totally handover to private sector the service we get will become good but in more prices. Same with the coal sector coal is the primary source of producing electricity and if this will hand over to private sector then the hike in price of electricity unexpected.

Armstrong lied.........

Is provoking Lied of Armstrong really necessary?

"That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."
It's one of the 20th century's most famous lines, but what if Neil Armstrong lied about when it was composed?
NBC News has reported that The Apollo 11 astronaut was quoted in a 2005 biography as saying he formulated the line while en route to the moon, But Armstrong's brother Dean said in a new BBC documentary that it was written long before the astronaut's boots ever touched moon dust.
In the documentary, aired only months after  Armstrong's death , Dean Armstrong insisted his brother had showed him the remarks before the mission and asked his opinion.“Before he went to the Cape, he invited me down to spend a little time with him," Dean Armstrong said, according to the Telegraph. "He said 'why don’t you and I, once the boys go to bed, why don’t we play a game of Risk.' I said I’d enjoy that. We started playing Risk and then he slipped me a piece of paper and said 'read that.' I did.
On that piece of paper there was 'That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind’. He says 'what do you think about that?’ I said 'fabulous’. He said 'I thought you might like that, but I wanted you to read it’.”In "A Man on the Moon," author Andrew Chaikin wrote that Armstrong was flooded with suggestions for the first words.he would speak on the moon. Quotations from the Bible and Shakespeare were floated as possibilities, according to NBC.
Neil Armstrong also maintained that he said, "That's one small step for a man," but that the "a" was lost in transmission. In 2006, an analysis of the taped utterance seemed to find evidence of the missing article.
It has become the controversy after the death of Neil Armstrong that he lied about his famous quote but in my opinion it should not be become a controversy after the death of the first person who walked on moon. It is not a crime that making a quote in advance. Books written by personality always create a little bit controversy either it was a purpose of selling it. The book written by Abdul kalam "The Turning point" where he written that talks with Sonia Gandhi on the PM. It has also become the controversy in media.

bank job increasing in 2013

Boom in banks job

It is said that if you get the job in banks that there is no need to worry about your future. But in today's context nobody is getting job in-spite of degree in finance. With the Reserve Bank of India gearing up to finalize the guidelines for issuing banking licenses to new entities, analysts and headhunters said the move could open up prospects of direct and indirect employment for about 50,000 people over the next couple of years. There is a catch. The recruitment drive is expected to gain solid momentum only if new banks decide to focus on retail business and not remain confined to corporate banking. Business to-business work involves fewer people doing larger deals. “With new banks coming in, there will be expansion of branch network and there would be a big recruitment drive in case the new banking entities decide to focus on retail,” said Dev Bharat, director at recruitment firm Executive Access India. Several business houses including the Aditya Birla Group, the Tatas and Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group have evinced interest in entering the banking space. Nonbanking financial companies (NBFCs) can now convert themselves into full-fledged banks. Existing banks including Axis Bank and Yes Bank have also firmed up plans to expand their retail networks and increase headcount. Yes Bank, which currently has a staff strength of 6,400, is planning to double its headcount in the next two years. “We have 6,400 employees at present but our plan is to go in for major retail expansion,” said Rana Kapoor, managing director, Yes Bank. “We are looking to have 12,750 people by 2015.”
These entire things will make a good bounce in commerce as well as financial field. The hope of getting job for commerce graduate is more because of the expansion of several banks branches.

LGBT's rights.........

LGBT's wants to march, on August kranti maiden

August kranti maiden is famous for its historical value. The Mahatma Gandhi command to the British on August 8, 1942 marked the launch of Quit India movement.

You can visit Mani Bhavan near this which is a museum of things of Mahatma Gandhi. All this things really makes the importance of August Kranti Maiden. Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community is organizing March on 2nd February. LGBT community is the group who collectively work for the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender people. Last year they didn't get permission to do march in the maiden. This year they are trying to get permission from the authority. Before this on 28 January, 2012 LGBT’s did flash mob on the famous marine lines. More than 50 people performed a flash mob. But it’s a first time in history where one historical place is going to become witness of LGBT march. Before the last year homosexuality was an offense in India. But after the Delhi court announced that homosexuality is legal in India. Become a homosexual is not a crime it’s just a physical structure of that particular human. To get this right they have really fight hard and finally court has to approve it. Now in India homosexuality is legalized. They have right to live like a human being. Earlier only Canada has homosexuality rights legal. Some was not happy with the court’s decision on homosexuality but it is good India make homosexuality legal apart from its orthodox view point. They are starting their march and we can say as festival on from 14 January with kite-flying competition. If they got permission in August kranti maiden then the importance and history of historical maiden will really enhance.

new measurement for women safety

SC decisions will really work...?

Delhi gang rape case made government aware on the women centric issue. People are also becoming aware to raise voice against molestation, rape and eve-teasing. Rally made by public and women safety campaign done by media peoples are working on public as they are now raising voice against all this crime. The other thing which came out from all these Delhi happening is that now every girl and women knows their rights which they care about previously. On 4th January, Hindustan times published an article in their campaign "Make city safer for women". In this article they are talked about new rules and regulation passed by the Supreme Court to protect the women. Here they have given the rules and the implementation of that rules.
Install CCTV cameras in public places
There will be a direction to state governments and union territories to install CCTVs in strategic positions which itself would be a deterrent and if detected, the offender could be caught.
CCTV can be a great help to reduce such kind of incident. CCTV should be installing specially on railway platform, Subways, Skywalk. But installing CCTV is not a primary thing to do but to maintain its condition is more important as most of the CCTV is not working due to the ignorance of the authority.

Authorities to take charge

Persons in charge of educational institutions, places of worship, cinema theatres, railway stations and bus stands have to take steps they deem fit to prevent eve-teasing within their precincts and, on a complaint being made, they must pass on the information to the nearest police station, or the women's help centre.
It’s a good way to reduce the eve- teasing in crowded places.

Safer public transport

Where either passengers or persons in-charge of a public service vehicle indulge in eve-teasing, the crew shall, on a complaint made by the aggrieved person, take the vehicle to the nearest police station and give information to the police. Failure to do so should lead to cancellation of the permit to ply.
This initiative will really help to stop the inconvenience on the local transport like buses. In trains the coach is different for ladies and gents but in buses there is no chance to get rid of eve- teasing so this decision will really help to women.

Help lines needed for women

State governments and union territories are directed to establish a women's helpline in various cities and towns, so as to curb eve-teasing within three months.

Help lines may help to get instant help from authorities but the main issue with help line is that it never works on time. So police personnel should such kind of help line which can work 24*7.

Boards against harassment

Suitable boards cautioning against eve-teasing should be exhibited in the precincts of educational institutions, bus stands, railway stations, cinema theatres, parties, beaches, public service vehicles, places of worship, etc.

Eve- teasing is still not treating as crime so such kind of initiative will really help to working girls and women.

 Passers-by must intervene

Responsibility is also on passers-by who should report such incidents to the nearest police station or to the women’s helpline.

It is great to put a responsibility on the shoulder of passers because no one wants to involve in legal things.

State govts should step in

State governments and union territories should take effective measures by issuing suitable instructions to authorities including district collectors and the superintendent of police on effective and proper measures to curb eve-teasing.

The protecting responsibility is in the hands of the state government. So it good that state government is taking measures.
